I'm thinking about making one of 2 of the following modifications and looking for thoughts. FYI vehicle is an '03 TJ auto with a 2.5" lift on 31" tires. I plan to keep the 31" tires for another 12-18 months.

Upgrade 1.
-SYE kit (raise TC skid 3/4")
-Adjustable rear control arms
-Super 35 kit
-ARB rear locker
-keep gearing @ 3.73, or re-gear both axles.

Upgrade 2.
-SYE kit
-full set adjustable arms
-1" BL, 1" MML, Currie Belly-up skid (raise skid 4" min.)

have at it.

What are you going to go to after the 31s? I wouldn't even bother with the super 35 kit. There are plenty of other stronger options out there. You can't polish a turd, Beavis.

I've gone this route before and got stuck over 100 miles from home. Simply upgrade the axle to a Dana 44 or a Currie 9". The Super 35 kit would be a god option if the axle housing wasn't so weak! Save your $$ and invest in the right axle once--you will be glad that you did!
IMO-Complete the bell-up kit at the same time as you install the axle and the SYE. That way it is one installation and you can adjust everything correctly.

You sonofabitch... how'd you get one of those beauts? I'm gonna have to give :duke: some chit this weekend. ;)

(Actually, I am slowly (really slowly) building up parts for my D44. It may come to a halt soon though... things may become craaAAAZy here pretty soon!)

accumulating a few thousand dollars would help me make the decision quicker...but once I have that I will make the decision. Just thinking...
