I'm planning on going to help out a friend tomorrow with rewiring an entire cj7. He has the painless wirling kit but he's been having troubles and the jeep won't start. does anyone have a full wiring schematic for this jeep or know where to get one?

any help would be greatly appreciated... I don't work on jeeps much.. just nissans :)

How did the wiring job go? As for your friend, if he hasn't done it already, he NEEDS to buy the Haynes (or Chilton) manual. It is required reading for all CJ owners! It's a good investment!

The Haynes manual will work with the painless kit. I used it today. Buy it. It's much better then the Painless manual.
