Anybody know a place in the los(t) angeles area to get a t-case gone through?

They are pretty basic to do with a service manual and tools. Special tools are outside snap ring pliers. What t-case ?.

72 Bronco Dana 20. I've torn in to enough NP stuff to do it in my sleep, but haven't seen the inside of this yet.

I would think a reputible tranny shop would ba able to take care of it. Probably one that deals more in Manual trannys.

Looks like I'm just taking it to Frank Hayes (http://www.la-technet.com/fhayes/index.htm)

It's a little bit out of your way, but if you're not going to do it yourself, I highly recommend Tri County Gear, specifically Jason Bunch. He may not be the cheapest out there, but he will NOT screw you!! Definitely one of the nicest guys in the business. Be sure to talk to Jason, as Dennis will not give you as good of a deal.

I have heard nothing but good things about him from local guys.

I had both my Chrysler 8-3/4 and A-833 manual (out of my Charger) Rebuilt by a guy in San Bernadino. Stick Shift Trans (http://www.stickshifttransmissions.com/) His name is Russ, very nice guy . . . and has a really hot daughter :D His number is 909-882-1548.

Its not in LA, but kinda close

I know Jason. Bugged the hell out of him to mass produce the inertia rings a few years ago and then got the first production one put in the Jeep.

With a good set of snap rings the Tcase is easy to rebuild.
