I just completed my belly up on my 2k Tj and the Muffler was in the way. So I took it out and I need a shorter one. I want one that sounds a little better than the stock one. What would you subjest?

I have a borla . . . it sounds pretty good. nice and mellow

How long is it? The muffler itself. I pulled out a stock 20 inch one and I think i need around a 15-17

19 inches, maybe too long for you. But I know for a fact that they make different sizes. Check out www.jegs.com or www.summitracing.com, the might have dimensions. Or look at the makers website. good luck! :8

try sending Chris L a PM... he has (IIRC) a Porsche or Audi muffler on his TJ with a 4-link rear- sounds mean, and the thing is TINY!

Not sure of the length of mine, but i put a flowmaster 50 series on, Nice deep throat sound, not loud and can hardly hear it at 2500 rpms going down the road
