there is a sensor in your transfer case (front side next to the yoke). that's probably the problem. a new one can be had from quadratec for about 7 bucks.

to check it, disconnect the wiring from the sensor and jump it to create a closed circuit. your 4x4 light should be on. if it's not, maybe you've got a bad bulb or a cut wire. :confused:
