I heard it's a common problem but I can't afford a AX-15 right now. It still pulls good but I heard you have to slpit it open and reseal it to stop the leaking but it's not as easy as it sounds due to putting it back together right? Any suggestions?

how much of a leak are we talking about?

Big drops, constant moisture along bottom of tranny. If the jeep sits for a while significant puddles form. Too much for a manual tranny. I usually top it off before I go wheelin just to be sure it does'nt seize, which is a pain in the but with a skid row belly plate.
