Would the tie rod and drag link off of a 2003 wrangler (TJ) work on a 1995 wrangler (YJ)?

nope. It's not even close to the same thing.
The TJ has the drag link going to the knuckle and the tie rod going to the drag link.

The YJ has the tie rod going from knuckle to knuckle and the drag link attaching to the tie rod.,

The YJ has the tie rod going from knuckle to knuckle and the drag link attaching to the tie rod.,

And poorly at that. Not that the TJ is anything special, but when I welded Uncle Greaser's draglink back together, I was astounded that the draglink was tubular.
