My 2000 tan soft top has developed a seepage during these storms. It makes a damp spot on the inside of the roof. I figure that since it is where it folds down - and my top is usually down - the waterproofing has worn off. Any product recommendations? The dealer didn't know of any.

Also, the day after New Years my Jeep was violated; they tried to punch out the lock but when that didn't work they grabbed the top of the window and ripped it out. Is there any way to repair/replace the zipper?
