Yes it's .035, I replaced mine not too long ago w/Champion Truck Plugs. They were pre-gaped but not @.035 so be sure to check them. My year has the coil rail, I made sure to get/use anitseize and Dielectric grease, easy job too.

not that it didn't before but, since i did the plugs, wires, cap and rotor thingy, there was plenty i could have screwed up. :D

I did anti seize the plugs, what's with this dielectric grease??? :confused:

I believe it (dielectric grease) helps keep the plug wires from "sticking" to the plugs.

Ever went to change your plugs and start pulling the plug wires off and all of a sudden, the wire pulls from the boot and now you have a spark plug boot stuck on the plug. It can be a real pita when that happens.

actually its more to keep out water and junk. Helps maintain a good connection and fights corrosion. :D

And, since it's a dielectric compound, it conducts electricity. So don't go slatherin that junk all over everything, just enough to do the job.
