I was going to use these, but went with the ARB stuff instead. Its a good thing I did, because the front one blows back some gear oil every once in a while. It would suck to have that stuff in the interior.

Do you mean that they blow oil back through the exhaust port on the switch?

When your ARB seals start to leak a bit, oil gets pushed up the air line when the differential warms up. It acts like the vent tube is blocked (but it isn't I checked). The ABS tray (where I have the soleniods mounted) in my Jeep is soaked in gear oil. Not something you would want inside your Jeep. Hopefully I will have time in the next couple weeks to pull the carrier.

One of mine does this also.

the ARB manual says a little blowback is normal, FWIW.

I was going with that setup and run my locker off my Co2 but was talked out of it. The ARB pump is so simple, comes with a complete wiring harness, is so easy to hook up, and then it just has to do one thing. For the $200 one time 'fee' it was worth it.

Don't you have a York? Don't the switches and solenoids come with the lockers...? Mine did. I'm confused.

I picked up a front and rear axle (used) with lockers already installed, so I had to get all the rest of the stuff.

FWIW, your locker looks complete Rick. :)
