Pro Comp makes these neoprene "rapz" for roll bars in various colors (velcros to itself). I got me some Here (http://store.summitracing.com/default.asp?target=partdetail.asp&autofilter=1&Ntt=rapz&N=4294848525&part=EXP%2D12505&autoview=sku&Ntk=KeywordSearch) a while back and I like them a lot.

Looks like you got some pipe insulation or something similar under the tape .. right? That looks pretty good .. for tape :p
