Ok here`s one for you guys who want to build that ultimate trail Jeep.

1972 Jeep CJ-5
MOTOR- 304 V8 accompanied by a 2 barrol carb. The motor to my knowledge is completly stock, no heads valve covers or anything have been modified and im pretty sure it hasent been taken apart. The valve cover on the left side looks like it leaked but i cant be sure as i had an oil line melt on the engine and oil went everywhere on the left side. It runs good and strong for its age and I havent had any problems since I`ve owned it.
TRANNY- It`s either a T-14 or T-15 im not sure which it is, it is a 3-speed. It shifts through all the gears fine.
CLUTCH-It feels good and doesn`t slip any
TRANSFER CASE- Works well and shifts in and out of 2wd and 4wd easily. It is covered in oil and greese i dont know why but it is.
BRAKES- all work well but needs a front left wheel cylinder(i have it i just havent put it on)
FUEL- Tank leaks when filled to the top, lines do not leak, fuel pump works fine, fuel filter was replaced a year ago, carb. leaks from when you push the pedal all the way to the floor, leaks where the cable pulls that thing to give it gas lol, dosent leak much but i thought id mention it.
DRIVE-LINE- all is intact front to rear and all works fine.
FRAME- take a look at the pictures, not rusted through or broken.
BODY- has bondo on it in some places is rusted but no holes, floor boards are rusted but not through, look at the pics.
TOP- works but needs replacing
TIRES- 50 % tread left they are 33` safari radials on white spoke wheels
INTERIOR- original seats i believe, they have covers on them, radio and speakers were wired in for something to listen to. Speedo needle is broke so milage isent correct. Dash is fine no dents or rust. Windshield is fine with no cracks or fogging around the edges.

I covered all I could think to cover, This was going to be one of my projects but i need the money to start my other CJ. Im 14 so this was my first get-her-running- project. I probably missed lots so e-mail me with any questions you might have or just post on here and I will reply as soon as possible.

Pictures of the Jeep can be seen at http://www.geocities.com/frogboy3211/My_page.html

I need to get $ 1000 for the jeep , the parts alone are worth that. So please dont ask me to lower the price, and serious people only.
