Unfortunately I had some bad service with All Things Jeep. I ordered a couple birthday gifts for my god children and received the wrong items. A couple of emails were exchanged back and forth but nothing good haas come out of it. And the what I received is not for little kids. So I am stuck with what I got.

I will never use them again.......hope this was a nice and polite way of venting.

Like anyone or any company, we do occasionally make mistakes. However, upon notification of an error or mistake, we will try our hardest to correct the error so that we end up with a happy customer. I can honestly say that I know of no customer who has ever been disatisfied after giving us the opportunity to "right the wrong". Nice to see service like this...too bad it had to come about this way, but sometimes that happens, and hopefully this gets worked out! :good:

Excellent, glad to hear. They have been good to us now and in the past, many times. :)
