We had/have a set of bed rail caps on our 05 Dodge Ram. All was well until about 8 months later when the caps started to lift off the bed. The tape was still stuck to the truck, so it couldn't have been installer error. Well at about 11 months one of the caps flew off on the freeway. I was pretty pissed, so I went down to the place here in town who installed them and raised a stink. They said it was out of their hand because the warranty was up. That didn't make me happy.
Well, while we were at the offroad expo in Pomona we stopped by the Bushwacker booth and talk to Ken. We told him our problem and he ask us if the tape was still on the truck. When we answered "YES," he said it was a manufacturing defect and the will send out a new set to us free of charge. 7 days later I had a new set on the front porch!
I wish the problem wouldn't of happened in the first place, but I applaud Bushwacker and Ken for taking care of the problem in a fast, friendly and professional manner.
