Nice man, i love the 1/4 panel mod, its cheap easy and gives you a lot of clearance, looks pretty cool too. Cant wait to see the bumper...

a piece of 2x4 fits inside the frame, about 8'' on the drivers, due to gas filler, and 11'' on the pass side, it will be bolted with 1/4'' plate top and bottom.http://i44.photobucket.com/albums/f18/jeepnzj/102_1374.jpg

rewelded the hitch, not really a hitch, just gonna weld in a reciever for a tow point, also ordered some 1/2'' x4'' d-rings for each side,http://i44.photobucket.com/albums/f18/jeepnzj/102_1373.jpg

heres a pic of where its gonna live, just stuck it in there to size things up and make sure its straight. cut off the ends that protect the rockers, they were way crooked, guess i got impatient, i needed to wait till i got it where it is know. oh well its my first time..

Best way EVER to mount it... and those beads are REALLY pretty! Good Job.

nope all mig...

wow, how thick is it? i tryed to weld 1/4" steel with a 140amp mig and couldnt get any penetration. looks really good though, could have sworn that was tig!!
