It appears that Upper and Lower Helldorado trails in Moab are now closed.

The trailheads have been blocked and "no trespassing" signs placed.
The lands were previously State Trust Lands and were sold to a
private individual on 10/10/03.

Attempts are being made to contact the new owners to discuss options.

Preliminary indications are not very positive.

Hope this doesn't interfere with Brian's plans for next May.

I wasn't planning on doing those trails in particular, but that's always bad news.:(
