1N37A can be found in the San Bernardino National Forest near Heart Bar. The favored direction of travel is from West to East. The sign at the West trailhead reads Santa Ana River Trail 2E03. 1N37A is available to street legal vehicles only.
The US Forest Service rates this trail a black diamond most difficult route. You can expect to encounter soft sand, multiple stream crossings and small rocky sections. Elevation ranges from 7000' to over 8100'. The trail is closed in the winter.

West entrance off 1N05 is N34° 08.911 W116° 46.248.
