well, i bent the hell out of my rear springs over the past few months with axle wrap, and just plain over flexing them.. 4 wheel parts gave me a new set, no questions asked. just wanted to share the news. they are the pro comp 4" springs.
the way i have my suspension set up, the springs flex soo much that at full stuff in the rear.. the springs go into severe negative arch. so i really dont think that is any fault of the spring that they were worn ;) so save the pro comp sucks banter for another thread :)
actually, quite the contrary... they told me they want me to "use" them. and would be glad to replace them as i destroy them ;)

here is a picture showing the negative arch on te spring.

at this point, i dont think i want to do anything to stop the flex... i wheeled those springs pretty hard, and they are willing to keep replacing them as i break them... i'll keep the additional flex :D
well, perhaps, with the u bolt flip i just did on the rear, the perches will reach the bump stop a bit sooner ;)... we'll see

for those of you not aware of my shock mod, which allows the extra flex on the rear of the jeep... see this thread.

Dude, your springs are flat, not round-de-round. What's up with that :D

Eric,

You need a traction bar. This will eliminate the axle wrap.

My TJ rear coils started sagging 4 wheel parts replaced them free no questions. I was not even the one who bought them they did not even care. However they only had about 5 thousand miles on them. Joe's yj has the same problem now after very low miles too.
My f 350 has 4 inch lift with over 60 thousand since lift and are as strong as ever. So over all I'd say Pro Comp is a good value, if you consider the low cost.
