"The Secret Service issued new rules of conduct for agents Friday.
They can no longer get drunk, procure hookers or go to strip bars.
The rules say that from now on, if agents feel compelled to engage
in such behavior, they can run for public office like everyone else."

Did you hear the actual wording of the policy? I'm not kidding - on the news they quoted, "No foreigners in the hotel rooms of U.S. Secret Service agents." Let's see... We send them to another country; who's the foreigner?! Now, our guys can't enter the hotel rooms that our government has most likely paid too much for - just to comply with their own policy.

I found it odd that the SS doesn't have to comply with the policy US service members with a secret clearance have to. ANY contact with a person from a foreign country MUST be reported to Counter Espianoge. (NCIS in the Corps...not sure what the Army uses.) Yea, just had my "death by powerpoint" counter espianoge brief last week.
