I don't stream movies either. The Chromecast is at home (on WiFi). In addition, the magic of the Chromecast is that the phone only really sets up the connection and the Chromecast then gets the data from the net itself, leaving your phone acting only as a remote control.

What do you think about this? http://www.straighttalk.com/wps/portal/home/howitworks

While traveling I could use this when camping and not close to wifi or a hot spot. Most of the time I will be close to wifi and hotspots.

So I really don't need a big fancy phone. And I could get my monthly phone bill down to almost nothing.

It's not that I don't like the idea, I'm just not familiar with it so I don't want to comment on it.

stop footing around and just get the S4. As for the animated gif I took, there's an Animated photo tab to choose from. As long as something is moving in the background or foreground it works. All kinds of cool stuff on this phone. Pictures are SUPER resolution too. 4128x3096 (4:3) . 13 meg pixel rate and HD 1080 video.....

I've Had a straight talk phone for three years. It has been good. I need to upgrade my phone pretty soon though, it's obsolete. They now have a better selection of phones.
