Trail Run: Meet a NZ MJR Member!

My friends from New Zealand will be in SoCal soon. Jason (Tycho on MJR) and his partner Liz are touring the West and are coming here this weekend. They would like to go for a Jeep run so I am inviting folks to join us on Gold mountain and John Bull (plus what ever else that we can squeeze in).

Well it's the big question lol. Didn't break my big toe so that's good, might a dropped a big clutch disk on it and the tendons are inflamed, or it's Gout and bruising. Sitting on the couch sucks big time, especially during a vacation week, it's driving me nuts

A friend of mine with a 4 door (Lifted Rubicon on 37s) is interested in coming along, I don't think he's done many rock trails before, I'll keep an eye on him Mind if he joins in?

If you really think that it is gout, go get a test. It is quick to determine and there are good meds for it. I haven't had a flare up in a while.
