      Which turned out to be a lifesaver for me. I was in the traffic going 2 mph and I heard clicking from the front drivers side. pulled over and sure enough the wheel bearing were loose. Strange since I had checked them the previous week before driving out to Barstow. Anway, pulled over and tightened them up and got home, but they were getting pretty hot, I am sure there is a mess in there now but I haven't opened it up yet. Just got a new set of Timkens today to swap them out.

      Yeah, the traffic sucked going down the hill. At one point I got restless sitting in the Jeep so pulled over for a quick break. Probably because it was Sunday so people were leaving the resorts and heading down.

            Yeah, not used to the sound of a powerful V8 on the trail. I remember coughing because of one of the dust clouds from being behind you guys.

              I closed on a cabin in big bear today.
              I'll be up for big bear runs often from now on.
