  • Colorado Skiing Photos + Snowmobiling and Dog Sledding

    We headed up to the mountains for Rick's birthday in January. We skied over 36 miles with 32k vertical drop at Copper Mountain, Breckenridge and Arapahoe Basin. We snowmobiled out of Grand Lake (the west side of Rocky Mountain National Park) traveling 47 miles. We also went dog sledding for 4 miles out of Breckenridge.

        I almost started sweating from the warm weather working on a friends jeep today. The breeze was perfect though. It's been a rough winter here, the warmth has been a little bit excessive.

          Yes, it's been MUCH colder than CA but at least it's the kind of cold we can get out and enjoy.
