  • YJ: New Resistance Off Road YJ Coil Over coversion kit

    Greetings all you YJ owners out there! Resistance Off Road is now offering a coil over conversion suspension kit for the YJ. We will be doing a write up here on MJR, with lots of pictures and stuff. So stay tuned.

            Yes. Depending on your budget and equipment, up to 106". But installed as an upgrade, the wheel base can remain close to stock if desired.

                      Here is aa photo montage of the work done on the YJ. This was only the suspension install, the rest of the work is being performed by the owner. The suspension fit up perfectly, in both the stock locations as it was designed, and in the final position to give a 104" wheeel base. There is some modification that has to be done to the mounts for the stretch version, but other than that, it's a perfect fit.

                      Started by removing all the old leaf spring suspension

                      taking beginning measurements of the suspension, steering, ride height and wheelbase

                      And removing the axles

                      Had to move the air line ports on the axles so the trusses can be installed and have everything clear.

                        Installed the trusses and CA mounts on the axles. Set the camber/pinion angles
