I'm so in!!! I think my Jeep is close enough to stock to qualify. Must admit I double checked to make sure this wasn't for MTV as I don't want 24" chrome spinners or a fold down flat screen!!!

I received an email back from the producer today. He said it looks like I would be great on the show and asked me to fill out the attached paperwork and send it back to him. Filled it out and sent it back right then! Woohoo!!!! The Desert Jewel may become even more famous then she already is

So I received a call today from the producer and got a little more info on this whole thing. It's gonna be like Extreme Home Makeover, but 4x4 style. He's gonna be coming out to do my video intro in the next couple weeks. At that time we'll go over what I would like to have done to the Desert Jewel. Apparently they will have the Desert Jewel for a couple days to a week or so. I guess they film all the upgrades and that is what makes the show. When they are all done, I get introduced to my new "baby" and take her home! I can't even to begin to explain what I am feeling right now

I just read the contest deal again and the show is to begin in April...so this will all be happening pretty fast!
