Calico Jeep Trails

Right outside of Calico Ghost Town you'll find trails to explore and rocks to conquer.
Calico rocks! Located in the Southern California Mojave Desert, most of you have probably driven past the freeway exit on your way to Nevada. Next time, drive the jeep! Calico has alot to offer for all age groups throughout most of the year. Fall, winter and spring is the best time to visit the area, since summer temperatures reach well past 100-degrees.
Flash floods are constantly changing the trails. Doran and Odessa Trails require not much more than a stock jeep with 31's and a little finesse. The remaining trails and sights may be accessed by almost any high-clearance vehicle.
